Our client is a hugely successful, and globally established, US MedTec company founded back in 2013, headquartered in both Boston and Berlin. They provide a digital surgery platform for use in operating theatres and hospitals, which is a data driven, AWS cloud-based SaaS application. Combining this with their global medical device integration solutions arm, they now have an installed base of nearly 7,000 operating rooms, supporting over 10 million procedures per year.

Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for up to 8 employees
- Responsible for employee training
- Support in the implementation of the assembly manufacturing strategy
- Guidance, instruction and planning of employees to the area of responsibility
- Collaborate with other managers and team leaders to coordinate activities within and between departments
- Guarantees compliance with regulations, policies and best practices, including those related to health and safety.
- Constant training and development
Skills
- Master electrician in media technology, technician, or engineer with bachelor’s degree in media technology, or similar
- Min. 2 years management experience in equivalent position
- Other skills: good IT knowledge, fluent in English and good German language skills
