Job Title: Resource Consultant / Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Southend-On-Sea, Essex

Reporting to: Adam Pighini

Salary: £18,000 – £24,000 (Dependent on experience)

The role

As a Resource Consultant / Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for...  
  • Identifying and connecting with suitable candidates via various social media platforms and business networks such as LinkedIn and Xing.
  • Qualifying potential candidates and assessing there suitability for your client and their open vacancy
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Preparing and debriefing candidates before and after their interview.
  • Aiding in salary negotiations

What we're looking for

  • Previous sales experience (Preferred NOT essential)
  • College or University level education
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Motivated and ambitious mindset
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
