Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with suitable candidates via various social media platforms and business networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing)
- Qualify potential candidates and assess suitability for your client and their open vacancy
- Schedule interviews
- Prepare and debrief candidates before and after their interview(s)
- Aid in salary negotiations
Skills
- Previous sales or recruitment experience (advantageous)
- College or university level education
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-disciplined, financially motivated, resilient
- Independent worker with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
