  • Full cycle recruiting: supporting clients and candidates through 360 recruitment processes
  • Preparation: develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture, etc.
  • Sourcing: using various platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates and business opportunities
  • Screening: reviewing applications and conducting screening calls with candidates to assess suitability
  • Selection: successfully matching qualified candidates to permanent vacancies. Preparing CVs and candidate profiles for clients to review
  • Hiring: guiding candidates through the entire interview process, ensuring the best chances of success
  • Onboarding: supporting clients and candidates with new hires
  • Managing candidate and client expectations, negotiating salaries and fees
  • Build and manage your own client/candidate portfolio within your target market area
  • Occasionally travel overseas to build and develop client relationships
  • Employee advocacy: support marketing efforts through social media engagement, job advertising, brand promotion
  • Working towards company-wide and personal targets
  • College or university level education
  • Previous sales experience advantageous
  • 1+ years experience in recruitment
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-disciplined, financially motivated, resilient
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sales, negotiating and marketing skills
  • Interest in technology (not essential)
