As a Senior Java Developer you will be involved in the development of intelligent, environmentally conscious automotive logistics software that ensures efficient and effective processes in planning and operational management, by automating decisions and optimising procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions from complex requirements as SaaS/SCS
  • Together with your team, you will design the cloud native transformation of our software
  • Extensive knowledge of agile methods (Scrum)
  • Responsible for designing software independently and in cooperation with customers, according to the principles of domain-driven design
  • Maintain modern tech stack based on Spring Boot, RESTful API, Svelte, JPA/Hibernate, RabbitMQ using tools like Maven, Docker, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Gitlab, SonarQube, Jira
Skills
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Back-End Development
  • German C1 language and writing skills, fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Java programming and SQL
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, AWS, TypeScript, Microservices, Kafka
  • Experience in programming and conducting developer tests and test automation
  • Interest in modern product development and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Passion for one or more of the following fields: Backend, UI/UX, DevOps & SRE
  • Interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with new technologies (Java 17, Spring Boot, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Git, CI/CD, Microservices, REST API, Terraform, AWS, PostgreSQL, H2)
