Senior Recruitment Consultant (Technology) - Southend-on-Sea

  • 2+ years experience in 360 recruitment
  • College or university level education
  • Previous B2B sales experience (advantageous)
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Positive attitude, resilient, target-driven, a strong desire to succeed
  • Willingness to travel overseas (occasionally) to develop existing/prospective clients
  • Ability to manage own workload in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in the technology industry (advantageous)

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Support clients and candidates through 360 recruitment process
  • Develop a deep understanding of client companies and job requirements to pitch to candidates
  • Perform boolean search queries in LinkedIn Recruiter to search and engage with qualified candidates
  • Review applications and conduct screening calls with candidates to assess suitability
  • Successfully match qualified candidates to permanent vacancies, prepare CVs and candidate profiles to forward on to clients
  • Support candidates through the interview process to ensure best chances of success (pre-interview insights, post-interview feedback)
  • Supporting clients and candidates with onboarding
  • Manage candidate and client expectations, negotiating salaries and fees effectively
  • Provide business development support through consultancy
  • Build and manage your own client/candidate portfolio
  • Travel overseas to build and develop client relationships
  • Support all marketing efforts (e.g., social media engagement, advertising jobs, brand promotion)
  • Working towards and exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed or client billings.
