Job Description
- Supporting clients and candidates through 360 recruitment process
- Preparation: develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture, etc.
- Sourcing: using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and reach out to qualified candidates
- Screening: reviewing applications and screening candidates to assess suitability
- Selection: successfully matching qualified candidates to permanent vacancies
- Preparing CVs and candidate profiles to forward on to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Hiring: guiding candidates through the interview process, ensuring the best chances of success
- Onboarding: supporting clients and candidates with new hires
- Managing candidate and client expectations, negotiating salaries
- Providing full recruitment support and effective staffing solutions to clients
- Build and manage your own client/candidate portfolio
- Travel overseas to build and develop client relationships
- Employee advocacy: supporting our marketing efforts (e.g, social media engagement, advertising jobs, brand promotion)
- Working towards and exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed or client billings.
- Commission structure up to 30% flat rate per month with no ‘desk fee’
- Base salary between £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
